Account deletion
We want deleting your account to be a simple and transparent process. Here we explain how to do it and what happens to your data.
01How to delete your account
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data from within the app itself or by writing to [email protected].
Include the email address linked to the account in your message to speed up the process.
02What gets deleted
Your identification data, settings and the information about your patients stored in Medigistro are deleted.
Once the process is complete, the information cannot be recovered.
03Processing time
We process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days from receipt.
04Exceptions
We may retain certain information when required by current legislation, such as tax obligations or legal requests.
